I understand your feelings only too well! What the pilots of the UK need is a combined work force, unfortunately it wont happen. The next best thing is a group of people, working for different companies, sticking together (BALPA). Again it wont happen. I wish it would but people like yourself make it less than easy. Why dont you tell us what it would take to join. Lets have no argument, the end goal is a fair life for all of us.

Just as an aside, the origins of Carglux are Icelandic and they have been an extremely succesful company over the last 25 years!
