probably someone with plenty of money,
i've heard that whoever has bought them out will let the current management team carry on running the airline, which at present is planning to expand it's operation out of liverpool. not sure what routes yet.

Anything stirring on the Rock since the takeover - I guess the planner(s) must be pushing the rulers over their maps to find some new destinations to serve but are there really any out there which would suit an ATR42 or 328Jet? (Cardiff, Amsterdam, Southampton, Bournmouth, take on flyBe on Bristol or Birmingham or Eastern on Leeds?)
Emerald seem to be building up their Liverpool - Isle of Man business quite nicely, Loganair are pushing prices down on Glasgow and Arran are offering low fares to Dublin so we'll soon find out if the new Euromanx owners have really deep pockets and how long their arms are for digging in them. Should make for interesting times.

Summer info 2004, so it is not really new, but this has been playing a role for euromanx to find new cash for expansion and devide all the risks.
Here's a rumour/fact re Euromanx, credit Iain Hutchison -
Here's some more grapevine stuff from contact on Isle of Man:
"Yes this is generally accurate, Euro Manx are to focus their fleet on 2 ATR
42s and one ATR 72 from September. The result is that they will no longer
have equipment available for EDI route which doesn't have sufficient volume
of traffic available to justify ATR 42. The decision was actually taken
some months ago, but has only been publically announced last week...they are
trying to make some political capital out of it too, by saying its partly
due to Loganair being on the EDI route too...but I think that's a red
herring...LOGs loads are just dreadful, 2s and 3s very often
BA have suggested that Euro Manx pull off GLA and concentrate on EDI, and
LOG will then pull off EDI and concentrate on GLA, but Euro Manx unwilling
to do so since much more traffic to GLA.
Euro Manx are suffering quite considerably from Emerald competition on LPL
route, how that will affect them in the longer term remains to be seen.
However they have also begun Iom-Stansted route twice a day which is doing
quite well.
Not a lot else to tell ...still rumours of BA pulling out entirely, Flybe
probably dropping LCY route and going to LGW instead, since pilots not happy
about operating the dash 8.400s into City apparently."

Euromanx (3W/Isle of Man) is reportedly planning to return its Beech 1900Ds to the lessor and to use ATR 42-300s instead. Main lessor is Rossair Europe.
Next to them they have also the J31 from other lessor, i believe germany
Route update IOM-EDI, After LoganAir/BA Euromanx dropped this last month. So what next???????
"Transport Minister John Shimmin said: 'I am very disappointed to lose
the Edinburgh route
and we will do everything we can to re-establish this operation."
No doubt EuroManx will step back-in.. :-))

Judging by a report in the FT a couple of days ago, Club328 seem to be having some problems with their largest customer Club Airways who were reported to have been in financial difficulties. Club328 tried to take them over but were rejected as a "predetory approach".
Given this falling out and Club Airways drastically reduced operations (=less revenue for Club328) how will this affect the Euromanx activity? May be a home for some of the 328s they have ordered that Club Airways won't need?

First Dornier has been delivered to Club 328 (in 15 seat executive configuration) and second (32 seater) arrives at the end of October. Officially Club 328 are still supplying aircraft for Club Air but loads are favouring the 125s, with occasional flights being covered by the 328JET when pax figures justify. I would think the 328JET would be a bit expensive to operate on EuroManx routes.

So, if the Club Airways work is not really supporting the 328JET what are Club328 going to do with the seven of them that were ordered that were reported at the time to be primarily to fly for Club Airways?
Is the adhoc charter market demand that big?
