Big Daddy Indian Airlines has 4 (ATR 42s), Jet Airways have 8 (ATR 72s) while young low cost upstart Air Deccan has 5 or 6 (ATR 42s) and still adding.

Trying to better adress Seamaster's request I restricted my listing to "exotic and outer european" operators, with a special focus on the Carribeans. Btw I have got some extras ones
-West Carribean ,
a Colombian regional operates 42s alongside Let 410s
-Airlink
of Papua New Guinea, is about to take up a 42, was one of the unnamed clients recently clinched by ATR management for used airframes.
-Arkia
quite a few 72s which replaced the Dash 7s

I think the Fedex ops are undertaken by Farnair Europe, associated with FEX for years. Farnair Europe is phasing out the F.27s in favor of more Cargo converted 42s and 72s.
Now the European operators, hold on, this will be pretty long, expect a couple of installments
Air Nostrum
Has a few 72s, probably not for long as they picked up the Q400 as their new mount, unlike
Binter Canarias
A long time 72 operator, which ordered recently the model 500.
Never seen them with 42. They started straight with 72s operated alongside home-built CN235s.
Olympic Aviation
42s and 72s alongside the 717s and now some used Dash 8-100s.
Air Dolomiti
Used to have quite a few 42s, including the famous Fendi special liveried, most have gone to Venezuela for serving Santa Barbara. Operates otherwise some 72s alongside CRJ200s and Fokker100s
Alitalia Express
Some 72s.
Guardia Finanzia
Some specially modified 42s for patrolling
Brit Air
a diminishing once sizeable fleet of 42s and 72s
DGAC/Direction Générale de l'Aviation Civile
one 42s operated as a calibrator
Cimber Air
42s operated on behalf of Team Lufthansa. Been around for a long time.
EuroLOT
a quintet of 72s transfered from parent company LOT
CSA
42s and 72s, the 72 came first and replaced TU.134
Croatia Airlines
a few 42s
Air Lithuania
One of the latest club members, a pair of used 42s
Think more to come
Alain
Some more exotic I forgot
-TACV
3 42s alongside the 757/733 and Twin Otters. The forty-twos are regualrs at Dakar.
-Air Mauritanie
a 42
-Rossair
Based South Africa, operates the DHL regional services all over Africa with freight-converted 42s.

Not that it would make a big difference....
- Eurowings got rid off their last ATR42s. Now ATR72 only
- That said, the 9 EWG ATR42-500 have gone to Contactair (Lufthansa Regional).
- Cimber Air are phasing out older -300s and replacing them with more ATR72. They are no longer Team Lufthansa, btw.
- Avanti Air (German ACMI/ad hoc specialist) now has two ATR42-300QC
- EAE has no ATR72s and wants to replace the ATR42-300.
- has Danish Air Transport been mentioned ? They have quite a few 42s and 72s, also operating schedules in Norway
- Coast Air in Norway has two or three ATR42s.
- Islas Airways on the Canary Islands has ATR72s.
- AFAIK as I know, Alitalia Express has recently re-introduced some of their mothballed ATR42

Hi,
Have a look at www.airlinerlist.com , productionlists including a list of operators can be found here of many aircraft types.
Rossair Europe does indeed operate two ATR42's for Euromanx. There are talks about a third one but Italy is history. PH-RAK flew for Air Emilia last year, but that company ceased ops.
