I agree that link has a pathetic on time departure record. Many of them are technical delays and simple things like the tech log not in the aircraft, minor snags like pax oxygen, life vests etc. Only when the Captain Grounds the Aircraft do the scurry around like Rats on a hot tin plate trying to fix what should have been done the night before.
