I would like to join the discussion, as I am also interested in more information – the offer is still valid through the Aeroprofessional agency.

PAyment

If you have 1500Hr+ on type base 5500E + 500E for aparment.
Above 80hrs extra 70E/hr, but planned 6000E as salary.
Below 1500hrs/type 4500+500E.
That's it.

I received an email lately from aero professional about the proces:
Assessment Process

The recruitment assessment will consist of two parts:
  1. Online Interview
A one-hour interview with technical questions.
  2. Simulator Assessment in Casablanca
This will require a total of three days:
    • Day 1: Travel to Casablanca
    • Day 2: Simulator assessment
    • Day 3: Return travel
Important: Flights for the assessment and throughout the contract period are only provided within Royal Air Maroc’s route network. We strongly recommend checking the airline’s website to verify whether Royal Air Maroc operates flights to/from your location. Please note that flights operated by partner airlines are not included.
That is all I know for now.

The RAM contract is a joke and they seem to think that European FOs will work for a bag of bird seeds, in a 100% toxic environment with very limited days off. Absolute cr*p deal and they’ll only get the pilots who’re unable to find a decent outfit. They still think they’re the jewel of Northern Africa whilst they’re worse than the Baltic ACMI… Stay well clear of this sh!tshow!
