Assessment Process
The recruitment assessment will consist of two parts:
- Online Interview
A one-hour interview with technical questions.
- Simulator Assessment in Casablanca
This will require a total of three days:- Day 1: Travel to Casablanca
- Day 2: Simulator assessment
- Day 3: Return travel
Important: Flights for the assessment and throughout the contract period are only provided within Royal Air Maroc’s route network. We strongly recommend checking the airline’s website to verify whether Royal Air Maroc operates flights to/from your location. Please note that flights operated by partner airlines are not included.
