No. I havenít heard of them. Congo-Brazzaville is an entirely different animal than their neighbor. The ROC is a nice place. Point Noire is a nice city, so is Brazzaville and the women and food are good too.

It's not a ROC aircraft because they're registered TN-
I think TL- is Central African Republic.
