How much worse can KQ get?

From a passenger point of view KQ is plumbing new depths. After managing to avoid KQ-operated long-haul for a long time, I found myself on KQ100 (NBO-LHR) last week in a dreadful B787-8 with the strangest and most uncomfortable business class seats I have found on any long-haul flight. The food was indescribably terrible. They proudly told me they would be setting-up a bar, so I went along to have a look, I found 1 empty wine bottle, 1 unopened with no corkscrew, no glasses and the cabin crew asleep in the seat on the other side.

I wonder how it looks from the maintenance and pilot point of view?
