I see their ads but really surprised by the reply i got from Meseret. Perhaps its a language or culture issue but regardless, doesn't seem like a company desperate for aircrew! Going elsewhere!!

They treated me very strangely when I attended over 3 years ago now . Asked me to do medical after arriving on an overnight flight with no sleep . Put me in a very shoddy hotel miles from anywhere . Then told me I had failed medical despite renewing my UK one the day before . Kept cancelling sim ride , then gave me very aggressive examiner , almost expected me to know their checklist off by heart . By this stage I had chatted with some f/o s , was amazed at their work pattern , and 3-5 days off a month , and how badly paid they were . Managed to get out same day , glad I did too.

To add to what Kotakota said, after speaking to 788 FO I was shocked to learn their schedule on the ADD-FCO-IAD-ADD trip. 24 hous in FCO, 24 hours in IAD. 28 hours, 16 time zones, over 4 days for a widebody long haul crew!
