Crash outside Monrovia, Liberia

Does anyone know anymore about the crash outside Monrovia (currently being reported by BBC) BBC News - Guinea military head killed in Liberia plane crash

Apparently the Head of Guinea's Armed Forces was on board

Appears to have been a CN-235 transport plane: ASN Aircraft accident IPTN/CASA CN-235-220 3X-GGG Monrovia-Roberts International Airport (ROB)

Crash happened near Charlesville, which would have put the plane possibly on an approach to RWY04 at Roberts.
