Inkwazi's long, long flight to Toronto

Couldn't help but wonder what route was flown by the SAAF's presidential jet to get Jacob Zuma to Toronto. Would it have flown via Ilha do Sal, does it have long range tanks and what about Etops? Also are SAAF pilots crewing the aircraft or are they still borrowing left-seaters from SAA? Just curious.
