short term work pay daily rate question
I've had an offer of short term work in Africa (location unknown). Its two to three weeks, and I am travelling half the world to get there. Work is maintenance of a medium twin Bell helicopter. Any suggestions of a pay range I should be looking at so I don't undercut the 'market' rate?

This is not going to be terribly helpful, but it really depends on the enigmatic WHERE?
I would say anything between $250 - $400 a day depending on where it is.
Also bear in mind if that includes food/accomodation at your cost or is it supplied?
Enjoy Africa, it can be great fun and the people are (mostly) great folks. Logistics can be challenging, though. Pack loads of patience for dealing with bureaucracy.
