I had a former work for TMK about 3 - 4 years ago they seemed a well managed compnay captains were getting around 4500US on the twottor from memory. a compnay house nearby goma, and a few weeks holiday per year. Cant say what it is now , there is a positive for the moment.

I have visited this company and flown as a passenger with them several times. They appear to be a very professional, very well run organization. Pilots get sent to FlightSafety Canada for training, aircraft just got a major avionics upgrade, etc.
My guess is that they would want pilot applicants to be bilingual English/French, just because of the nature of their route structure, but that is just a guess.

I know that they are getting 1 or more DHC8-100 .... are they going to replace the Twinotter on certain routes or are they going to be used for opening new routes??
