Does anybody know if any action was taken against the Chief Pilot. Did he give evidence at the enquiry? I'm researching a paper on aviation law in developing countries and would be keen on any information

Hello.the Chief Pilot Was An Australian Woman And She Left Kenya After Sometime.
No Investigation Summary,nor Any Follow Up By Anyone.
Insurance Paid The Owner Of The Aeroplane.
