Aircraft Endorsements for the CAA!
Hello, I am heading to Windhoek, Maun, and Lilongwe in Febuary. I would like to know how the one time aircraft endorsements should read in my logbook, and how many hours I will need in each type. This is what I was thinking.
I Mr. Instructor #123456CFI certify that Mr. Student #123456 has been found safe and proficient in takeoffs, landings, normal operations, and systems in a AIRPLANE TYPE.
Will this be enough for the validation of the aircraft I have these signoffs for?
Thanks,
Christian

Probably not a bad idea to have, just in case. Remember, letterheads and so on impress officials here in Africa.
An hour per aircraft, flown PIC(US) with the instructor or owner or whatever to sign the logbook.
You'll be amazed when you pick up your licence and find half the aircraft you've flown haven't been put on your licence yet many you've never flown, and never mentioned on the application form, have been added.
Have fun!
