African CAA requirements for 737-2 aircraft

Does anyone have information on the minimum operating procedures for Boeing 737 aircraft within South Africa and Africa? Basic info/directive would be very useful.

Need to know minimum year of manufacture etc etc allowed to operate for aircraft either owned by airline or on dry lease to airline.
