Well I know that TAAG has a few expats flying for them, especially Brazilian (ex-VARIG pilots I think). I've also heard that since acquiring the new 77Ws, TAAG is in need of new 737 pilots. With that said, it will be difficult getting a job unless you have some sort connections.

98% on IOSA is FAILURE. IOSA requires 100% compliance. No accolades there.

The problems were corrected shortly following the inspection in 2009. There was another inspection in January 2011 following the mysterious engine failures, and everything was still in order.
