Wilson airport kenya

Hi,i would love to hear from anyone working at any company at the wilson airport.since wilson airport handles small charter and other small related aviation companies,i would like to know how they got their job i.e the interviews am guessing are much diff from airlines,there hours at the time they were employed,but mostly the interview process.Also i would love to hear from any guys who attended the kenya school of flying and their experience with the school,after 250hrs did they just get jobs with airkenya or other companies.thanks
