Sax Pilots Leaving

The departure of pilots at SAX has slowed down (world market). However rumours are rife that the management pilots are all looking desperately for positions outside and are tired of the constant battles upstream.

Anyone got info and what this could mean - oil price R/$ etc dosent help a regional feeder?
