CARS online?
Are the SA CARS available online or is that part of the power cuts down south as well? But seriously, are the CARS available online or do you have to buy the whole tree?

They used to be, although taking a quick look, I see they no are no longer available online at www.caa.co.za - which seems ridiculous. Clearly they (the CAA) are no longer able to do the work required to maintain their own website. Making the CATS/CARS harder to obtain is obviously a good move only if you're an imbecile. My opinion....so, sorry, it looks like you need to go via the Butterworths tree-killing route. Unless I missed them there somehow....
