Slok Air

A friend of mine just sent me an e-mail where he told me that SLOK has stopped operating. Is there any truth to this?

Thumbs up

yeah for some time now, but one of their birds currently undergoing test flights in Ethiopia and should be flying home soon to start operations again.

Two of their pilots currently in Ethiopia for the ferry back to Banjul.

I don't understand your post exactly. How can they be shut down but still operating?

If I read your post correctly they are down to one aircraft and it was in Ethiopia for maybe a heavy maintenance check and they will start operating again when it gets back to Gambia?
