Near mid air @ AMS 18-07-2023

On Tuesday 18-07-2023 around 13:23 UTC at AMS there was a near midair between a KLM 737 and a GlobalX A320 both aligning up to runway 18R. Aircraft came within 170m (~500ft) of eachother.

Looks like the A320 was supposed to line up with 18C.

Mode S suggests about 500' horizontally and 600' vertically.

I've heard of aircraft shadowing others on the ILS to avoid service
