C 152 crash in St. Augustine

So just on the local news. How does one crash a Cessna 152 on a runway in a manner that it explodes and kills the 2 aboard.

1 was the CFI, the other on an "Introductory Flight".

Is this the crash referred to in (a.o.) https://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/14...-breaking-news and https://aviation-safety.net/wikibase/264919?
But that was not on the runway, though not very distant either.

If not, are any references available?

Hit nosewheel first, hard enough for it to sheer off.
Depending on the impact angle it could now go upside down.

Ah, this was in the USA, quite a difference. Apologies for confusion.
