The words 'likely uptake of' intrigue me......
I discussed this with Mr Skidmore at a YPJT Safety Seminar, when it was mandated for IFR flights.
"Is it your intention to mandate the ADSB (In / Out) for VFR aircraft"?
And the answer was not 'his' intention, but there were 'some' in CASA who were thinking that way, or words to that effect....
