How's this for bad? One of my melbourne friends sent his new jacket to the drycleaners to have the buttons strengthened (cause he doesn't like sewing them back on)...anyway, drycleaners went to do it when the buttons fell off of their own accord! And he's had the uniform for all of maybe a week (and not worn it once!)
Then again, most airline uniforms have flawed manufacturing - my Air NZ buttons flew off at any given moment (I'm sure that at some point I took someone's eye out with that bloody jacket!) - and it had NOTHING to do with my weight (well, not that time!
