The way this company is managed is terrible but it is the intent of management to do business this way, it is not due to blunders. These are very educated, smart individuals. Something is up, it's almost like they are asking for industrial action over the holidays, lining things up for the next despicable move. CX could have drawn this out, done it sooner. Not smart enough to know what they are up to, but they are definitely up to something.
Or more like they know we don't have the balls to do anything more than CC. Furthermore, much of this is punishment for not accepting the last TA. Funny how this whole concocted doom and gloom surfaced not long after the last TA was voted down.
