Just heard that a “great way” for management to stem the flow of exiting pilots is to threaten their career progression and decree that Mainline wont be takig any more 717 pilots until their own crew shortage is sorted! ��
They may own the aircraft, but the pilot owns the endorsement and the hours. From you they rent it.
