Anyone know the financial deal for direct entry Captains ?
A lot of DEP FO's on the airbus with BA in their mide 30's with 6000+ hours whom feel they are destined to be career FO's within BA; for whom LHR mainline shorthual commands at current seniority figures and retirements will put many at 15+ years to a command will be very tempted ..... buts its the lifestyle; security and pension issues that will always prevail .......
To jump or not ?
