Some smaller airlines offer that, larger ones with an organized workforce usually don’t, simply because they work with a fixed contract where the company has to pay for everything, in which case training and overhead cost become limiting and part time beyond 50% is simply too expensive. With clever bidding one can get to a similar work life balance though, especially if flying long haul with the longer rest times.
