To land the Crash-8 you'll want the runway to be wet and don't chop the power before the wheels touch down ;-)
...unless you're landing the -100 shortfield; then you'll just need some good ole' luck!
No, seriously; land "flat" with just a little bit power and in case of high sink-rate; push the stick ever-so-gently forward after initiating the roundout, to reduce mainwheel ROD (don't EVER use the C-172 salvage technique of increasing pitch; you'll just slam them wheels harder into the ground).
