One thing noticeable is the reduction in operations at the "shoulders" of the peak, eg bit too early, 0630-0700, or bit too late, 0900-0945. These tend to have movements that can't get better times. There can be only 6 movements before 0700, a year or two ago it was all airlines, now I notice business jets getting slots there as well, and even so all the opportunities not filled.
