Captain, worldwide, and admittedly, my daily fee is higher than the 400 which I quoted thanks to some negotiation when I chose to decline the 3/2 when it was offered to me. But not by much. And yes, I had 20h overtime during 2nd Hajj.
The message I tried to convey to someone coming from a 737 and stepping into this outfit: don't expect 130K, don't count on overtime (but who knows what 2018 Hajj will be like) and don't count on 12 ''salaries'', even if you make yourself available all year round, and don't expect your daily fee to be 550USD.
I felt this is worth mentioning because I saw, see and will continue to see so many folks come and go because everyone has too high expectations.
