PPL and CPL Training in NZ does not require a part 141 certificate at all.
141 is only required if for CPL training you wish to conduct a reduced hour CPL course (ie the 150 hour CPL as opposed to regular 200 hour requirement).
Most Aéroclubs operate with the instructors operating within the privileges of their instructor rating issued under part 61.
