Gatwick and Stansted both serve “London” and are sold as such, not sure they’re completely different areas. The demographics on LCY vs. STN do not align. For Alitalia, they’d likely prefer a LGW operation rather than STN but neither can fix the underlying fault that is......er Alitalia!
