AFAIK, they have moved the LHR ops to STN after they were unable to obtain suitable slots at LGW.
My recollection is somewhat patchy, but I seem to remember a rumour that FCO could be axed from LCY instead of being expanded as one of the flight pairs from STN uses as a flight number currently in use from LCY.
