HK housing is grossly overpriced, getting even more expensive and CX seems to think the solution is to LOWER the overall amount of housing allowance in the company. Tell you what Anna, why don't you solve your housing cost issue in one fell swoop: open the bases. If you are not willing to do that, then you can stuff your moaning about housing costs right up the pipe.

Which brings up another good point... If the HKAOA doesn't defend the expat package, all bases are finished. So for those cadets willing to sell out their expat colleagues, ask yourselves, do I ever want a base? If the answer is YES, then might not want to lower the cost of HK based pilots, especially considering this is all a biproduct of their fuel hedging gambles and greed.
