for the ILS8R YVR LIDO charts say "HDG 083°, at MNM 420 RT HDG 113°, at MNM 2000 RT direct YVR, maintain 2000, shuttle climb 6000"

can't find any shuttle note on the ILS charts for LTN in LIDO
