You'll be hard pushed to do a perfect landing in it. If it's like the real thing it's not called the Smash 8 for nothing!

But to answer your question, I'd say planning and preparation is the key. Get the speed nailed, work out where you need to be, at which height, which speed and get stabilised nice and early for the flare.

In a sim such as FS, you're lacking the cues that help you to do a greaser in real life but I was always told to 'feel' it down and look out the window straight down the runway just at the flare.
In FS it'd probably be easiest to do this in the 3D cockpit view.

I'm familiar with the PSS A320, an excellent sim that lots of 'bus pilots have (but won't admit to it)!
