Do the Scot Conservatives have a point, or making political mischief?
I thought the Scot Govt had put money in to the terminal redevelopment or is my memory playing tricks. Maybe wee Nic was just shown around. They've certainly put money into the harbour redevelopment as part of City Deal funding.
