Antwerp has been operated since the end of VLM by a subchartered and rickety-looking old ATR42, which despite having an operators' name of Danish Air Transport is actually on the Lithuanian register.
London City's pricing model nowadays does not like aircraft as small as the ATR42. I suspect before too long at the next change of ownership to the next group of investors they may just kill the goose that lays the golden egg here.
