I completely agree with your assessment of the situation, and thank you for your effort.
But I fear you are wasting your time.
I too tried to warn the 'wannabes' of the perils they face.
But alas it fell on deaf ears.
I found trying to give my advice to the youngest generation a pointless exercise.
That's why I'm writing this for the older prospective pilot.

I really thought I had something positive to say, having risen from practically nothing.
