Reminds me of one night when I was involved in the old Singapore B747 swap and they were both 5 hours late. They weren't 'delayed', but 'retimed'. ( does this fix a slump in management kpi's?).
I'm assuming if the Melbourne one is delayed, then you might as well delay the Sydney one ??
