Had a hydraulics failure in a 204 while spraying a few years ago. It was uncomfortable but thought at the time that it didn't seem as bad as hydraulics off training I'd done a little while before in a Bell-47.
Had to fly about 30 miles back to base. With a shallow approach and a run on landing it was no real issue. I guess adrenalin is an acceptable substitute for hydraulic fluid.
