Go do a diploma or degree , and while you are waiting/studying you can keep applying for jobs.
Or , get a job in any airline's Operations department or recruitment department, at least you are earning money to keep your Ratings "current"......... your chance will come.
If you work within the aviation industry you will make contacts and build your reputation as a person - sooner or later a chance or contact will come your way.
