My question back to you is; will having 500 hours on any type help you get a job in the EU or US without having citizenship? To the best of my knowledge it won't. I'm not aware of any airline that offers the necessary visa sponsorship in either Europe or America. The supply of zero hour cadets is no where close to exceeding the demand (regardless of what flight schools would have you believe).
With that in mind, you need to do some research into the airlines that your current citizenship allows you to work for, and then figure out what their minimum requirements are for recruitment.
