I've flown a lot with Finnair and worked with Finns. Trust me, in my experience, everything they do is done with quality and, as someone else here has already said, precision. The airline is a thoroughly reliable operation.
BTW, Finns do NOT like to be called Scandinavian. The correct term is "Nordic."
