I have flown and would never hesitate to fly with Finnair. Yes, the A350 is relatively new but it's built by a well known and respected manufacturer with years of experience in the industry. I have flown on the the EMB-190, but my experiences have been more with the smaller EMB-175. They are good aeroplanes with a good record. I think that any smaller jet will give you the perception of "sharper" manoeuvres in contrast to heavier jets. Back in the 60s and 70s my father made hundreds of flights with Finnair in all weathers and always spoke very highly of them.
