There is no disruption pay as far as I know.
There is a management incentive to keep disruption to a minimum, but as yet the means to quantify 'disruption' are still some way off, thogh there is a formula to measure it.
Unlike SS I fly to the maximum 900 hours in 12 months, averaging 80 something hours a month, this is probably more the norm now.
The good bits; take home is average 4.2 a month, though not as much leave as other outfits and time off is not quality.
generally I think the LCO's are all much of a much one way or another, easyjet seem a fun bunch to work for and I would say as good as any in way of T's and C's.
The rosters have been cr@p for as long as I can remember, but I think there's long term structural planning in place that will go a long way to addressing those issues......
