---The average UK instructor probably would get £15-25 for the flying and nothing for ground instruction ( might get a tener for turning up).----

WHAT?????? ---- In your dreams Ol Mate. Where do you fly Cloud Cuckoo land airport !!!!!!!

In the SE of UK

1 If you are part time FI even with 5000hrs, £10 per hr flown and if you teach a formal ground school £10 per hour

2 Full time New boy maybe £10 per day attendance plus £10 per hr flown, but you have to do the Hrs books and A/c cleaning and anything other the boos requires

3 CFI £20 per day plus £10 Hr flown.

The hours flown rate gets better closer to London may be up to £13 to £15.

However its the best Job in the world even when you get the pratt PPL who knows it all. Because in the end you can help sort him/her out and maybe they will learn to love flying as mush as you do.
On the really good days you get to see your student do greaser solo glide approaches then go around when he gets cut up by same pratt ppl, then go around again from a high hold off then finish it with another greaser glide app . He comes in real happy thinks your God cause he sorted it all out and knew how to do it because you taught him

The money is not the reason to do, do because you love flying and teaching.
