I see something in a movie that is clearly powered by a gas turbine and has a high velocity rotor system.
It should make a noise like a powerful fixed wing light plane (as does a 500) or even a light turboprop.
Sometimes said chopper even has a fenestron - and we all know what that sounds like.
But some goddam lazy foley artist has dubbed in either:
*the sound of a UH-1, or even worse
*a Bell 47!
Maybe I'm getting anal in my old age?
But to my ears - your modern helicopter sounds a darn sight better.
